Do you pay lifetime commissions? We do not offer lifetime commissions.
However, affiliates can earn up to 40% recurring commissions for the first 12 months on each qualified referral.
Who can join the program? We encourage any publisher, content creator, software reviewer or online educator to apply to our affiliate program. If you create content that targets business professionals, you are likely a great fit for our program.
Do I need to be a customer? We would love it if you used Kartra yourself, but you are not required to be a Kartra customer in order to be a part of the program. Signing up and participating as an affiliate is completely free. Plus, there are no minimum sales required to earn commission.
When a new customer purchases a subscription using your affiliate link you are tied to this subscription for the first 12 months. It is classed as a sale when a full-price transaction has taken place. Therefore, if a customer purchases a 14-day trial, this will only be classed as a sale in your account when that 14-day trial rebills for the full price and then passes the 30 day hold period.
How are my sales tracked? Sales are tracked when a customer clicks through your affiliate link and completes a purchase. If the customer successfully signs up with your affiliate link, your account will be credited with the referral commission.
Note: There are factors beyond our control that can impact affiliate link tracking.
What happens if a referral is missed? If a referral is not tracked correctly, Affiliates may contact the Affiliate team within 30 days of the customer’s signup to request to be assigned as the referring Affiliate. Please refer to the PartnerStack Resource Centre for the appropriate form to complete.
If the subscription is older than 30 days, or the customer has already been assigned to another Affiliate, we require written confirmation from the customer authorizing the change before any updates can be made.
Affiliate payments are managed through PartnerStack. Commissions from the previous month are reviewed and, once approved, funds are made available for withdrawal in PartnerStack between the 13th and 15th of each month. Affiliates will receive an email notification from PartnerStack when their funds are available. Please note that additional holding periods may apply depending on the payment provider selected by the Affiliate
How can I promote Kartra? We welcome a variety of promotion methods to offer you the flexibility to select the approach that best suits you. Most of our affiliate partners promote their affiliate links via blogging, SEO, PPC (pay-per-click) advertising, email marketing, YouTube, WordPress, and more.
