How long do commissions last for?
Unless otherwise stated, we pay a 40% commission for up to 12 months on each referral. This is dependent on the customer’s subscription remaining active throughout this time.
How do I get paid?
At the end of each month, your commissions are reviewed and become available for cash-out via PayPal or Stripe (alternative methods available for non-PayPal regions)between the 13th and 15th of each month, or as close to these dates as possible.
When do I get paid?
All commissions are subject to a holding period of 30 days. Once the holding period milestone is reached, commissions are paid out in the following month’s payment run. For example, if commissions are earned in February, they will clear the holding period in March and will be paid in April.
How long do cookies last for?
We use Cookies to track your referrals. The cookies last for 30 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 30 days start again.
What happens if a referral is missed?
If a referral is not tracked correctly, Affiliates may contact the Affiliate team within 30 days of the customer’s signup to request to be assigned as the referring Affiliate. Please refer to the PartnerStack Resource Centre for the appropriate form to complete.
If the subscription is older than 30 days, or the customer has already been assigned to another Affiliate, we require written confirmation from the customer authorizing the change before any updates can be made. If a referral is not tracked correctly, Affiliates may contact the Affiliate team within 30 days of the customer’s signup to request to be assigned as the referring Affiliate.
